Our Mission is to fulfill our goals through the consolidation of dental labs in North America, through superior business acumen, state-of-the-art technologies, ongoing quality control, training and continuous process improvements so as to enable our Operating Partners to realize unparalleled profitability.

Dentamach plans to achieve its long term Vision and Mission primarily through consolidation of the dental laboratory industry and by building an organization that has the necessary talent in the manufacturing of dental products and in all aspects of business management so as to be able to easily achieve its long term profit goals.

Our Strategic Objective is to become the industry leader in North America in the short term and globally on the long term.. In order to achieve our fiscal goal, we intend to consolidate sufficient laboratories each year to reach the projected revenue presented in our Company Brochure contained within the section on Investors Relations.

Dentamach's projected 2010 run rate of sales of $25,000,000 will be generated by DMI's Group of Laboratories located in Orlando Florida, Hicksville Long Island, Wappingers Falls, New York, Ontario Canada as well as other laboratories acquired within North America. The strategy is to centralize the business management of the dental laboratories through our headquarter office located in Parsippany, NJ. Each of the labs discussed herein above are Host labs. A Host is a laboratory that is under- utilized and has sufficient laboratory space to be able to grow to a minimum of $5,000,000 in sales.
