**Larry May, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dentamach International Inc.

Mr. May's career spans over 40 years in both the corporate world and as an entrepreneur. He has worked with AT&T, NY Telephone, Procter and Gamble, and IBM in management positions. As an entrepreneur, he has owned and operated a computer manufacturing and software development company, an internet marketing company, a manufacturing company, a real estate investment company and prior to working with Dentamach, an investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions for almost 10 years. Mr. May holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Cornell University and is a licensed real estate broker.

**Carmella T. Angus, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Dentamach International Inc. & President of the Canada Division

Carmella's career spans almost 30 years within various facets of the health care, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and the medical devices industry. Carmella Angus has been President of Dentamach's Canadian Division. On August 11th, 2009 was  appointed Interim CEO of Dentamach International Inc. (DI) by the Board of Directors and major shareolders of DI and on December 8th, was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) by the BOD.   Prior to Dentamach, Ms. Angus was CEO of Tetrad Technology Group, Inc., a US based company focused on detection and diagnostic sensors, as well as environmental bio-protection for the defense, public safety and health care markets. Prior to Tetrad, Ms. Angus was President of Angus Pharma Inc., a business development consulting firm for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices industry. Ms. Angus has also held progressively senior medical/marketing management roles within three top-tier global pharmaceutical companies (Astra, Warner Lambert/Pfizer and Pharmacia), and was responsible for the product development and commercialization strategies that led to the successful launch of several pharmaceutical blockbuster products (e.g. Lipitor). Ms. Angus sits on the Board of Directors of two Corporations. Ms. Angus holds a BScN and an MSc. from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, as well as an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix in Arizona.

Bruce Miller, President of Dentamach, (DMI) and Dentamach USA (DUSA)

Prior to joining Dentamach International, Mr. Miller was a founder of Flamingo Bay Inc., a manufacturer of flavor and fragrance compounds which sold its products to major consumer products companies. During his time at Flamingo Bay, he held the position of President and CEO for fifteen years, and eventually sold his equity in the company. Prior to Flamingo Bay, Mr. Miller was the Director of Operations for CMA International, an ingredient supplier to the food and cosmetic industries. The company experienced, during his tenure, double digit annual sales growth and vastly improved profitability. He started his career as a National Account Manager for Flavor & Fragrance Resources. Mr. Miller holds a BS degree from Rutgers University and an MBA degree from Farleigh Dickinson University.

John Clement, President of the Southeast DUSA's and DMI Division

Mr. Clement holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Economics from Allegheny College and a Master of Engineering Administration degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Mr. Clement possesses 25 total years of industry experience, most notably 4+ years serving our country with the Central Intelligence Agency. He has also spent 15+ years in diverse engineering, marketing, and operations leadership positions with industry leaders such as Eastman Kodak Company, and 5+ years consulting in Continuous Improvement / LEAN endeavors. Mr. Clement's strongest attributes include: personnel management and organizational leadership, entrepreneurial approach, LEAN awareness, analytical aptitude, change agent style, business savvy, impeccable integrity, and the ability to construct order from chaos, particularly in new and/or stagnant market opportunities.

Chet Hebner Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, South West Division

Mr. Hebner is a seasoned Senior Executive with extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, aggressive turnarounds, integration of operations and dynamic leadership in Transportation and Logistics. He is the founder of Equity Advisors which was a progressive mid-market Investment Banking and consulting company. With in excess 20 years of senior management experience, Mr. Hebner has been operating as a consultant since 2001 and has helped numerous businesses in a variety of disciplines from Mergers & Acquisitions, Integration of Operations, Turnarounds, Operational/Process Improvements, Technology Assessment & Integration, and also financial review and enhancement. Prior to his consulting practice, Mr. Hebner spent 15 years in the Transportation, Logistics, Warehousing, and Freight Management, in both domestic and international markets. For these companies, he has directed and devises strategies that have produced exceptional results. His career activities have included reversing operational performance from negative to positive, restructuring and integrating organizations, mergers & acquisitions, conducting start-up of new businesses, reengineering processes, assessing and capitalizing on technology, and developing and mentoring leaders. Mr. Hebner received his MBA, Amber University, 1993. His BBA from the University of Kentucky, 1986. Mr. Hebner was awarded the National leadership award in January 2002. Mr. Hebner lives in Irving, Texas, has one son Brockton and daughter Avery.

Keith Mudd Vice President Mergers and Acquisition, South West Division

Keith brings over 20 years of operational management, business acquisition and management experience to Dentamach. Keith has served as Chief Financial Officer for Mid Coast Energy, Inc., SK Wyatt, Inc., and Mid America Engineering, Inc. and has served as Adjunct Professor of Finance with the University of Houston-Victoria, where he taught Corporate Finance. Before arriving at Dentamach, Keith served as Director of the University of Houston-Victoria Small Business Development Center and holds the title of Certified Business Advisor Level III awarded by the University of Texas-San Antonio's Institute of Economic Development Center. Keith has worked with over 700 clients in a variety of consulting engagements and industries. He has helped start over 100 new ventures, raised over $85-million in capital, and has served as lead consultant on over 25 acquisition projects. Keith has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Howard Payne University and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Keith Larson MSc., MBA VP Mergers & Acquisitions Mountain States Division

Keith is a Senior Executive. Prior to Dentamach Keith was the President of Sales and divisional CFO for Cenveo; a 2 billion dollar company. Keith has also been President of Graphics Arts Center with revenues of $200 Million. His career started with Procter & Gamble and DuPont. Keith has bought, sold and integrated many companies including the $80 million American Express Print Center in Minneapolis. Keith has successfully turned around medium to small companies by increasing sales and cutting their cost structure. He has received several business achievement awards for best cost cutting, best acquisition & integration and an MBA achievement award. He has a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, graduating in the top 10%. Keith has an Executive MBA from the International Management Institute in Geneva, Switzerland. Keith was a member of the US Air Force where he was a sergeant and an electrician. He ran the 2008 Boston Marathon and has wrriten a book called "The Exceptional Manager".

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

**Luigi Agostini, Vice President, MIS and Special Projects

Luigi Agostini is accomplished in the non-traditional media & entertainment industries, alternative marketing, and publishing and has a total of 12 years of combined experience in these fields. Prior to joining the team, Mr. Agostini was the founder & CEO of E. Entertainment Group & Publishing, a management and publishing company. As VP of Special Projects, Mr. Agostini will assist other key executives in all marketing efforts & activities, including overseeing all aspects of strategic planning, coordination and completion of new or existing projects for Dentamach International, Inc. In addition, he will directly manage the work of cross-functional project teams and will provide analytical, technical, business and management expertise to the group. Mr. Agostini holds a BS in Management and Computer Information Systems from Rhode Island College and earned an MBA in Financial Management, with honors, from Johnson & Wales University.

Donna Brady Vice President Controller

Donna Brady, BA received her first degree in Psychology and her second degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Ms. Brady career spans over 20 years with 15 years spent in a public accounting CPA firm and 5 years private accounting.
