Dentamach Inc.'s Joint Venture Operating Laboratory Partners (JVOP), listed below are stockholders of Dentamach International and officers of Dentamach Inc. and/or Dentamach Canada Inc and each JVOP operates a divisional Host laboratory(s) as a Dentamach Partner:

Mr. William (Bill) Verlin: is a JVOP and Senior Vice President of Dentamach's Hudson Valley NY Division (previously Hudson Valley Dental Prosthetics). Mr. Verlin is a Certified Dental Technologist with the skills and knowledge to successfully comprehend the new demands of reconstructive dentistry. Mr. Verlin is nationally certified in creating the laboratory work for full mouth reconstruction and is also a graduate of the Advanced Smile Design and the Neuromuscular Technician program at the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies. He is also a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the Northeast Gnathological Society. Participating dentists have the opportunity to obtain CE credits from seminars and workshops at his on-site educational Noble Vision facility.

Matt Ferrentino of Ferrentino Dental Laboratory is the first 'add-on' laboratory and JVOP for the Dentamach Hudson Valley Division as of February 2009.

Mr. Ralph Rega: Mr. Rega is a JVOP and Senior Vice President of Dentamach's Long Island NY. Division (previously Creative Dental Technologies Inc) Mr. Rega is Certified Dental Technologist and has over 20 years of dental manufacturing experience. Rega manages a 5,000 square foot facility with leading edge technologies. Mr. Rega is the current President of the Long Island Dental Laboratory Association of over 100 dental lab owners in Long Island. Mr. Rega was privileged to spend four days at Jim Glidewell's facility in California where he was exposed to unique manufacturing and dental laboratory processes.

Ms. Gail Perricone: Ms. Perricone is a JVOP and Senior Vice President of Dentamcah's Orlando Florida Division (previously Global Prosthetics Service's Inc.) Ms Perricone is a Certified Dental Technician and has an A.A.S. degree in Dental Laboratory Technology. She has over 25 years in the Dental laboratory industry. She is a Director of the Board of the Florida Dental Laboratory Association, she is a member of the National Association of Dental Laboratory, and she is also a member of the Cal-Lab Group. She has studied at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Studies and she is an Advanced Certified Captek Laboratory and Global Technology is Captek advanced certified laboratory. Mrs. Perricone is a member of FACD and her mentor is her beloved father Dr. Stanley D. Hollis, a retired Dentist who practiced in Washington DC for over 25 years. Darrel Kendall of Kendall Ceramics Inc. is the first 'add-on' laboratory and JVOP for Dentamach USA's Orlando, Florida Division as of April 16th 2009.
