Cercon Smart Ceramics is Dentsply Ceramco’s comprehensive system using both a smart digital CAM process and super strong zirconia ceramics.

photoProcera®Forte (A Noble BioCare Scanner) the most comprehensive software package available for the planning, production, and delivery of implant cases. It scans crowns, laminates Biocompatible Abutments, and Procera® Implant Bridges in titanium and zirconia. This allows for the in-lab scanning of implant bridge models and the electronic transfer to Nobel Biocare’s production facility rather than shipping the models, thereby shortening delivery time and allowing for total control of the finished restoration. GPS also proudly offers the NobelRondo™ ceramic harmony system for alumina and zirconia to reproduce natural teeth and missing gingiva.

The newest addition to the Cerec family. Faster by 60% and quieter by 40% than the ML. CEREC MCXL is a computerized system which eliminates the need for impressions and temporary restorations when preparing for veneers, crowns and fillings hence reducing the number of visits required to just one! Long gone are the days of waiting 2-3 weeks for your ceramic fillings or dental crowns.
A powdered image of the tooth can be taken with a CAD CAM 3D camera. The restoration is then designed and sent to an on-sight milling machine at one of our labs, which instantly cuts the restoration from a solid porcelain block ready to fit. This ground breaking technology, enables production to be fully completed within a two hours.

Using this technology, chipped and discolored teeth can be replaced with porcelain crowns and veneers. Broken down molars can be restored using inlays and onlays. Unsightly silver fillings can be a thing of the past.

Cerec Connect Group (A Closed Architecture Software which can service any dentist with a Cerac Enios Scanner. Digital Dentistry is rapidly becoming a standard procedure for state of the art dental offices and laboratories. At the current rate, digital impressions are gaining acceptance over physical impressions as the preferred choice, which will open up new possibilities for collaboration between dentists and dental technicians. CEREC Connect is a Web-based communication platform designed exclusively for CEREC dentists and Sirona inLab laboratories. The service allows CEREC dentists to eliminate physical impressions by electronically transmitting a digitally-scanned impression to the in Lab laboratory of choice. The dental technician designs the restoration on the basis of a virtual model - without the need for a conventional model. Following this, the restoration is fabricated on a computer-controlled milling unit. While digital impressions are quickly being accepted, Sirona plans to offer labs the ability to create a physical model from the CEREC digital impression in the near future. Some laboratories prefer a model; Sirona’s plan is not to insist on model-less dentistry. The next step will be to offer laboratories both options, and let them decide on their own when they're ready to transition to the digital method. CEREC Connect is the world’s largest Digital Dental Network. It connects CEREC offices and in Lab laboratories from all around the globe. CEREC Connect paves the way for the "impression-free” dental practice as well as to the "model-free” dental laboratory.
